    A Few Hours in Siena

    Published: Oct 7, 2011 · Modified: Mar 26, 2021 by Marissa Stevens · 4 Comments

We made a difficult choice, when planning our trip, to stay in Florence rather than Siena.

Today we spent almost as much time on the train as in the city, but had to have a glimpse of what we missed. We saw enough to know that we'd love to come back.

Maybe you'd like to have a look...

Its a shame that you weren't there for the Sienna Palio, then you could have compared to Palio di Asti 🙂

The city is almost as beautiful as the sidewalk artist. Almost.
