    Porto Venere by Sapphire Sea

    Published: Oct 1, 2011 · Modified: Jun 12, 2018 by Marissa Stevens · 6 Comments

You can't get to Porto Venere by train from Levanto. So at 10am, we boarded a ferry, and in just over 90 minutes we were there.

The brilliance of the color(s) of the water are mesmerizing....I trust the time here has been refreshing as I did not view this post until "after" the grand one at Florence on Saturday!

We had an a Barolo with some age on it tonight....
Drink up while you are there because you will not want to pay for it when you return.

Love the pics. Hope you climbed to the top and went to the cemetery - I cannont think of a better place to say... The End.

      Where to next?
