    The Road to Rome

    Published: Oct 24, 2011 · Modified: Jun 12, 2018 by Marissa Stevens · 4 Comments

We don't want to leave Brigolante. We’re nourished and revived, yet we crave more.

This week, we've taken time to reminisce, to reflect on highlights of our journey so far.

Treviso and The Courage to Feel Welcome.

Tomorrow, we drop our car in Perugia and board a train to Rome - the last city of our trip. We have eleven full days and plenty of plans to fill them. Are you ready? Andiamo!

Hey Marissa and Keith! It looks like you have been to many great places, and we Norwegian ladies have got many good tips about where to travel and stay on our future Italy tours.
When we stayed in Bologna, Alessandro did also arrange a visit for us to the Parmigiano Reggiano Fact... I wish you a wonderful time in Rome 🙂

Hey Marissa and Keith! I have followed you on your journey after we ladies came home from Asti and Villa Sampaguita. It looks like you have been to many great places, and we have got many good tips about where to travel and stay on our future Italy tours.
And now I suddenly saw that you have been on tour with Alessandro. When we stayed in Bologna two years ago, he did also arrange a visit for us to the Parmigiano Reggiano Factory and Villa San Donnino + to a winery.
I wish you many wonderful days in Rome 🙂

So great to hear from you! Isn't Alessandro the best? We're loving Rome so far!

Perugia...the city where Amando Knox was jailed for four years and then acquitted. Wonder if there is any aftershocks evident in the city?
