- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano ideally Greek
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
In a medium bowl whisk together vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Whisking constantly, add olive oil in a slow steady stream; whisk until emulsified. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
