Instructions
Slice the green onion tops crosswise into thin rounds and mince the white parts (bottoms and bulbs).
Add sour cream to a medium bowl and add remaining dip ingredients (green onions, garlic, parsley and lemon juice, salt and pepper); stir until well combined. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and/or pepper as desired. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 3 days. Serve with potato chips and/or raw vegetables for dipping.

If serving with salty chips, start with less salt and adjust just before serving.
For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
Parsley alternatives: fresh chives or dill.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container up to 3 days; stir if separated. Do not freeze.
