Egg Recipes

Egg recipes are traditional breakfast fare, but you can use many of these new and traditional recipes for brunch, lunch or dinner. There is never a wrong time to enjoy delicious, nutritious eggs! Looking for something quick and simple? Try Baked Eggs, a traditional French dish made a little lighter here with half-and-half in place of the heavy cream. The Chouquettes recipe is another French favorite and features deliciously sugary pastries that can easily be made into French cream puffs for a dessert that looks fancy but is actually quite easy.

Of course, no picnic is complete without deviled eggs, and this Spicy Deviled Eggs option adds sriracha sauce for a bit of a kick. For a quick lunch for one or two, try classic Egg Salad or Salad Lyonnaise, made with curly endive lettuce and topped with a delicate poached egg. If you are serving a crowd instead, opt for the simplicity of a frittata with this Breakfast Frittata recipe, perfect for a baby shower, brunch or even a lazy Saturday morning.

A close-up of a sausage quiche with a golden crust is shown in a round, fluted white dish. The quiche has browned sausage pieces and bits of green onion. A slice has been removed, revealing the filling. It's on a gray surface.
