Easy Dinners
We all need easy dinner recipes for busy days. Here are my favorite meals that require very little effort, but taste fantastic. If you're in the mood for grilling, try these delicious Chicken Kabobs, Grilled Lamb Chops or Grilled Shrimp - you'll be eating in less than half an hour. Or maybe it's chilly outside and you're in the mood for something hearty and savory like White Bean Turkey Chili that take just 15 minutes of prep. Perhaps you'd like an easy recipe that's sure to have leftovers, try the Turkey Meatloaf. I usually double the recipe and make sandwiches with cold slices for a few days afterward. If you like lamb, you must make these Baked Lamb Chops. Talk about easy! 5 minutes of prep, 15 minutes in the oven and dinner is served! In the mood for takeout, try my easy Three Cup Chicken or Cauliflower Fried Rice instead. Date night? Pan-Fried Lamb Chops or Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta are excellent choices. Some of these dinner recipes take a while to cook, but the prep is simple. Spend 10 minutes seasoning your bird to make Roasted Chicken and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea while it roasts away to deliciousness!
